THE CHALLENGE

A global digital infrastructure provider was moving from on-premise SAP ERP to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud on Microsoft Azure. The programme stalled when its systems integrator failed a formal risk assessment. At the same time, a separate business entity needed its own landscape, and licence deadlines were fixed.

WHAT WE DID

We took over as recovery lead. We reset and re-planned the programme, agreed the system conversion approach with SAP, and engaged SAP Services. We confirmed landscape sizing and stood up the Azure environments, including disaster recovery, and scoped a parallel track with a second landscape for the entity migration.

THE RESULTS

The programme moved from stalled to re-baselined, with a credible plan, an agreed conversion approach and a fully provisioned cloud landscape. Document management, BW/BPC and Solution Manager migrations were planned in sequence, so the business could move forward with confidence.
