THE CHALLENGE

A global energy technology leader was building a single-instance SAP S/4HANA digital core to harmonise processes and strengthen controls across its worldwide operations. The multi-wave rollout had slipped to red status, key design decisions were slow, and local applications and interfaces added dependencies in every country.

WHAT WE DID

We led ERP rollout and stabilisation for the global template. We re-planned the waves, tightened decision-making on key design items, and ran hybrid agile and waterfall delivery across workstreams. We executed mock and production data loads, controlled cutover country by country, and set up rapid hypercare after each go-live.

THE RESULTS

The global template went live across 12 EMEA and APAC countries with predictable, controlled go-lives. Stabilisation was fast, and the business closed every month-end on time after go-live.
